We've used Wheels to create two sites: a CMS management interface for our over 8000 articles, and a customer-facing site with dynamic pages that we used the Wheels ORM to easily create.  As a membership organization, we used Wheels for session support, account management, and different permissions for each user level.  Lastly, we used wheels to rapidly develop as a small team, and deploy a fast, cacheable site with vast improvement over the old offering.
