Description
Builds and returns a string containing one select form control for the minutes of an hour based on the supplied name.
Function Syntax
minuteSelectTag(name [, selected, minuteStep, includeBlank, label, labelPlacement, prepend, append, prependToLabel, appendToLabel ])
